Responsibilities
- Architect and design complex enterprise platform and application solutions.
- Manage technical dependencies across products and services and provide guidance on complex production, application, and system problems.
- Plan and deliver solution architecture, development, migration, and implementation in Agile environments.
- Lead customer service solutions and support SharePoint deployments, migrations, intranets, branding, enterprise applications, and collaboration systems.
- Own root cause analysis and problem management for first-of-a-kind solution implementations.
- Lead Agile sprints in a product-owner capacity and mentor technical staff and engineering teams.
- Define reusable technical artifacts and enforce architecture, usability, product, and design standards.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, project managers, designers, engineers, and infrastructure teams.
- Design and implement Power Apps and Power BI solutions, automated processes, workflows, and custom collaboration solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology or Business Management.
- Approximately 17 years of experience in a comparable executive leadership role.
- 5–10 years of experience in an architecture role.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Azure IaaS and PaaS services, and business intelligence analytics tools.
- Experience designing, validating, and implementing Power Apps and Power BI solutions.
- Expertise with Microsoft Graph, Power Apps, Power Automate/Flow, SharePoint technologies, PowerShell, migration tools, search, metadata, document management, and workflows.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence, bot frameworks, robotic process automation, virtual agents, Python, AI stacks, CNNs, RNNs, natural language processing, data preprocessing, digital twins, and the metaverse.
- Knowledge of UI/UX, branding, business analysis, business process automation, security and compliance, and data governance.
- Experience with Agile development, CMMI, SDLCM, MOF, and MSF frameworks or methodologies.
- Strong architecture, cloud platform design, service management, product lifecycle management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- TOGAF, Microsoft 365/O365, Azure PaaS, Azure IaaS, or analytics certification.
