Responsibilities
- Architect and design complex enterprise platform solutions and reusable technical artifacts.
- Manage technical dependencies across products and services and provide guidance on complex application, system, and production problems.
- Lead solution planning, migration, architecture, development, and delivery for SharePoint, intranets, enterprise applications, and collaboration systems.
- Own root cause analysis and problem management for first-of-a-kind solution implementations.
- Lead Agile sprints in a product-owner capacity and mentor engineering and technical staff.
- Enforce architectural, product, usability, and design standards while identifying and mitigating risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, project managers, designers, engineers, and infrastructure teams.
- Serve as lead solution architect for customer service solutions and support Microsoft platform deployments and migrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology or Business Management.
- Approximately 17 years of experience in a comparable executive leadership role and 5–10 years of experience in an architecture role.
- Demonstrated architecture and design expertise for cloud-based platforms, product lifecycle management, service management, and enterprise application solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Azure IaaS and PaaS services, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and PowerShell.
- Experience designing, validating, and implementing Power Apps and Power BI solutions, workflows, business process automation, search, metadata, and collaboration systems.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence, bot frameworks, robotic process automation, virtual agents, Python, AI stacks, CNNs, RNNs, NLP, digital twins, and related emerging technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, cross-cultural communication, technical writing, and advanced oral and written English skills.
- TOGAF, Office 365, Azure PaaS, Azure IaaS, or analytics certification.
