Responsibilities
- Operate and support production systems used across airline operational processes.
- Build automation, monitoring, deployment, and release-management tools to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Design complex technology solutions and align cross-functional teams with company goals.
- Support DevOps teams, IT service-management practices, and reliability engineering standards.
- Act as a technical consultant and architect by analyzing requirements, advising teams, and validating architectural solutions.
- Collaborate with technical leaders and stakeholders to understand business complexity and assess technologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software or systems engineering experience, including at least 2 years in SRE or platform reliability.
- Experience working in complex cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Knowledge of data and network security and information-security best practices.
- Experience developing and integrating with APIs.
- Strong background in automation and DevOps tooling.
- Proficiency with Python, Ruby, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Understanding of orchestration technologies and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Preferred: CKA or CKAD certification, AWS certifications, or HashiCorp Terraform certifications.
