Base Salary
$102k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex production issues across a large distributed healthcare platform.
- Investigate application behavior using SQL, application logs, and monitoring tools, and analyze data issues.
- Debug and diagnose API and SSO integrations.
- Develop code fixes, utilities, automation, and other solutions to improve system reliability and supportability.
- Perform root-cause analysis and identify permanent solutions for recurring production issues.
- Collaborate with software engineering, infrastructure, database, operations, customers, and other technical teams.
- Own production issues from initial investigation through resolution and follow-up.
- Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience developing, debugging, or supporting applications using C# and .NET.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data during troubleshooting.
- Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
- Ability to read existing code and trace application behavior across multiple services and system components.
- Ability to work effectively with engineers, business partners, and customers.
- Willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.
- Preferred: experience with APIs and service integrations; familiarity with SSO, authentication, authorization, Splunk, LogicMonitor, New Relic, and other monitoring tools.
