Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning and advanced analytics solutions in production.
- Develop and standardize reliable, reproducible, and maintainable data and ML workflows.
- Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to improve data pipelines and model performance.
- Implement and evolve MLOps and DevOps practices for model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Automate workflows, implement CI/CD pipelines, and monitor system health and performance.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Engineer with strong exposure to machine learning projects.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing, model development, and automation.
- Understanding of software engineering practices including version control, modular design, testing, and CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with classical machine learning algorithms and model evaluation methodologies.
- Familiarity with Large Language Model workflows and related tools.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Preferred experience includes building LLM or agentic solutions, using Azure resources for AI/Machine Learning, Dataiku, Snowflake, Dagster, Azure DevOps, and French.
