Base Salary

$224k - $300k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build internal AI-powered tools and applications that automate workflows, accelerate decision-making, and reduce manual work.
  • Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure, including AGENTS.md, SKILLS.md, and organization-wide shared skills.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into existing products and internal tools.
  • Create custom integrations between LLMs and GitHub, Slack, Notion, Jira, Salesforce, and internal APIs.
  • Identify new opportunities to apply emerging AI techniques to organizational challenges.
  • Document tools and support teams in adopting and extending them.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of software engineering experience producing production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript, with the ability to work in other languages.
  • Strong full-stack development skills and experience building web applications with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models.
  • Experience creating and using MCP servers and agentic frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of AI coding agent tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Antigravity.
  • Ability to work autonomously, identify problems, design solutions, and ship high-impact results with minimal direction.
  • Strong product and design judgment, systems thinking, and product intuition.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption.
