Responsibilities
- Support DevOps operations across development, test, UAT, and production environments.
- Monitor platform health and troubleshoot environment, deployment, and operational issues.
- Coordinate and execute application deployments across multiple environments.
- Support release planning, implementation validation, post-release verification, and production support.
- Improve CI/CD processes and deployment automation.
- Support vulnerability remediation, audit actions, EOL/EOS remediation, and technology control initiatives.
- Maintain monitoring, alerting, operational reporting, and automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Production Support, Security, Treasury, and global regional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, application support, release management, production support, or technology operations.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Harness, Tekton, or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and scripting.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, release management, and change management processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with effective written and verbal communication.
- Preferred experience with OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or other container platforms.
- Preferred experience with vulnerability remediation, DevSecOps, Snyk, CVM, EVOS, CAMP, ServiceNow, Jira, cloud technologies, infrastructure automation, and enterprise applications in financial services.
