Responsibilities
- Design and implement autonomous and multi-agent systems using agent orchestration frameworks.
- Develop reusable agentic frameworks and accelerators for enterprise use cases.
- Integrate Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT Models, Azure OpenAI, and Gemini Models into AI applications.
- Engineer prompts, structured outputs, tool calling, agent memory strategies, and retrieval-augmented generation solutions.
- Optimize AI applications for cost, latency, observability, and reliability.
- Build scalable APIs and microservices using Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous Python.
- Develop event-driven and distributed AI services and secure API integrations.
- Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Jira, databases, and custom enterprise systems.
- Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth, Entra ID, and enterprise security standards.
- Balance business outcomes with technical excellence and drive measurable client value through innovation and digital transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation.
- Experience in agentic AI, AI solutioning, backend engineering, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executives and delivery teams.
- Ability to build scalable, reusable AI platforms and accelerators.
