Responsibilities
- Gather and clarify solution requirements while ensuring stakeholder visibility into impacts.
- Design and develop new application features using VB.Net, .NET Framework, and MS SQL.
- Implement solutions and perform functional testing of developed features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide end-user support.
- Recommend and execute code improvements based on existing solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, analysts, pod leadership, and technology colleagues.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of strong experience with VB.Net and the .NET Framework.
- At least 2 years of strong experience with MS SQL, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical colleagues in a cross-functional environment.
- Self-starter attitude and active contribution to the squad.
- Microsoft Access and VBA experience is preferred.
- Previous financial or insurance industry exposure and basic financial or accounting knowledge are preferred.
