Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deliver releasable, high-quality software.
- Build end-user data collection features, system integrations, and foundational form data framework capabilities.
- Apply AI-assisted development tools and automation across the software development lifecycle.
- Write maintainable code aligned with internal standards and architectural guidance.
- Develop, maintain, and update automated test systems.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions with engineering and product teams.
- Monitor application performance and debug production and non-production issues.
- Analyze and solve technical problems while learning new tools and technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and REST API frameworks.
- Practical knowledge of software development lifecycles, coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience with cloud environments and open-source tools.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD processes and automated testing practices.
- Working knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
