Responsibilities
- Lead and support QA automation initiatives across web and mobile platforms.
- Implement AI-enabled QA solutions, including AI Agent use cases for Business QA.
- Apply automation-first and engineering-led testing practices to support digital delivery.
- Coordinate with business, technology, QA, and delivery stakeholders on automation priorities and timelines.
- Provide technical guidance and support automation and AI capability uplift for QA colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience in QA automation, software engineering, digital delivery, or change management.
- Experience in AI Agent development or AI-enabled software delivery or testing.
- Experience with mobile automation testing for iOS and/or Android, such as Appium.
- Strong hands-on web automation testing experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Good programming skills in Java and/or Python.
- Understanding of test automation strategy, testing lifecycle, CI/CD, and quality engineering practices.
