Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI systems for autonomous reasoning, planning, tool usage, and multi-step execution.
- Build and optimize RAG, hybrid AI, and knowledge-grounded architectures using enterprise data, tools, and domain context.
- Develop self-improving AI agents using feedback loops, reflection, reinforcement learning techniques, automated evaluations, memory systems, and continuous-learning frameworks.
- Research and apply LLM post-training techniques including supervised fine-tuning, preference optimization, reinforcement learning, distillation, and domain adaptation.
- Create evaluation, benchmarking, observability, and safety frameworks for agent quality, reliability, efficiency, and business impact.
- Build and maintain multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks for collaborative workflows and task automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Stay current with agentic AI, reasoning models, post-training, model routing, autonomous agents, and enterprise AI architectures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Practical experience deploying and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Experience with vector databases and embedding models.
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures and implementation.
- Familiarity with modern AI/ML infrastructure and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Transformers.
- Preferred knowledge of prompt engineering, chain-of-thought techniques, containerization, microservices architecture, reinforcement learning, ML operations, and model deployment pipelines.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, prioritization, code quality, and responsible AI development skills.
