Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions that enhance LLM capabilities with external knowledge sources.
- Develop and optimize LLM fine-tuning strategies for specific use cases and domain adaptation.
- Create evaluation frameworks to measure and improve model performance.
- Build and maintain agentic workflows for autonomous AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Practical experience deploying and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Experience with vector databases and embedding models.
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures and implementation.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers, prompt engineering, chain-of-thought techniques, containerization, microservices architecture, reinforcement learning, open-source AI projects, ML operations, and model deployment pipelines.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, prioritization, code-quality, and responsible AI development skills.
