Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and communicate the CMDB products and services vision and roadmap.
- Elicit, analyze, and validate requirements with ITSM process owners, managers, and stakeholders.
- Design, configure, and implement the ServiceNow ITSM platform using ITIL best practices.
- Implement ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping across CMDB classes and connect AWS environments to the CMDB.
- Establish CMDB data certification, attestation, audit, validation, and quality-assurance processes.
- Migrate CMDB data from CSDM 3 to CSDM 5 and maintain CMDB accuracy through automated scripts, IRE policies, and misclassification cleanup.
- Track service and privileged accounts and finalize Certificate Management capabilities in the CMDB.
- Integrate the CMDB with Hardware and Software Asset Management modules and Flexera Data Platform.
- Create standard operating procedures, dashboards, and reports for monitoring, auditing, and decision-making.
- Advance the CMDB workspace and transition the NCI CMDB project from the walk stage to the fly stage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.
- At least 6 years of overall ServiceNow experience, including Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, and CSDM migration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, CSS, and web services.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and ITIL frameworks.
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status due to federal contract requirements.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist—ITSM is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
