Responsibilities

Design and implement full-stack solutions for complex industrial workflows.
Work across backend APIs, frontend components, data flows, and integrations while owning the stack end to end.
Improve platform performance, reliability, maintainability, security, and scalability.
Write clean, scalable, and well-tested production code while balancing delivery speed with long-term technical ownership.
Use metrics, incidents, and user feedback to improve reliability, performance, and usability.
Drive disciplined engineering practices including short feedback loops, testing, CI/CD automation, and rigorous code reviews.
Champion responsible AI-assisted and agentic development by experimenting and establishing appropriate guardrails.
Improve delivery predictability by challenging slicing, scope, and planning decisions.
Strengthen SaaS operational maturity through monitoring, alerting, incident awareness, infrastructure as code, and cost-quality trade-offs.
Coach engineers and help develop stronger delivery-focused engineering leadership.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to translate manufacturing problems into production-ready software.

Experience working on a real SaaS product in production.
Experience with incidents, outages, and operational trade-offs.
Experience improving engineering practices within a team.
Comfort with modern CI/CD, testing culture, and rigorous code reviews.
Willingness and ability to learn the company’s technology stack quickly.
Ability to remain hands-on and contribute directly to code.
Prior framework knowledge is not required; mindset and ability to learn are emphasized.
