Technical Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Design and develop custom CRM components, extensions, plug-ins, workflows, business logic, and automation.
- Design and implement Power Platform integrations with Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
- Guide development teams on coding standards, solution architecture, performance, security, and technical best practices.
- Review technical designs, code, and implementations for quality, maintainability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with functional leads and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support technical troubleshooting, performance optimization, deployment, and release activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and identify opportunities to use Power Platform to enhance CRM functionality and automation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in CRM or Dynamics 365 technical development, including strong technical leadership experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Proven experience developing plug-ins, workflows, custom components, and CRM extensions.
- Strong experience with Power Platform and enterprise-system integrations.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 development frameworks, APIs, customization, security, and solution management.
- Experience leading technical development teams and conducting technical design and code reviews.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
