Responsibilities
- Develop on-demand and batch company forms using Inspire and Documaker.
- Implement automated features and light scripting for advanced functionality.
- Independently learn and use new software, tools, and techniques within the IT Division.
- Find and implement solutions to new challenges and communicate effectively with team members and management.
Requirements
- Must be working toward a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Must have completed at least two years of coursework.
- Basic programming and scripting experience, including Java or JavaScript, is preferred but not required.
- Experience with XML, document generation, PDF, PostScript, or batch processing is a plus.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be able to work effectively in a technical, organized, and detail-oriented environment.
Benefits
- Full-time Monday-through-Friday internship hours.
- In-person work in Lansing, Michigan.
- Interns may choose their start and end dates; most work from mid-May through mid-August.
