Responsibilities
- Design and ship production systems around AI models, ensuring reliability and on-call readiness.
- Lead discovery and scoping from pre-sales through post-sales, including problem framing and delivery planning.
- Define launch criteria for regulated contexts and drive adoption to demonstrate production impact.
- Build systems in sensitive data environments, focusing on auditability and validation.
- Run evaluation loops to measure model and system quality in life science workflows.
- Distill production learnings into scalable architectures and workflows for regulated environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software/ML engineering or technical deployment experience in biotech, pharma, or clinical research.
- Experience owning customer GenAI deployments from scoping to production adoption.
- Familiarity with delivering AI systems in environments with validation and compliance constraints.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to apply systems thinking and high execution standards in regulated environments.
