Base Salary
$90k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop new features and functions for the WRSTBND platform.
- Participate in design and code reviews to promote best practices and high-quality code.
- Collaborate with leadership, project managers, and third-party clients to deliver solutions.
- Research and learn technologies that enhance the platform.
- Monitor infrastructure and logs and optimize code to reduce resource waste.
- Document implemented features, functions, scope, behavior, and implementation details.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional software development experience.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms, especially Mendix.
- Experience with modern web technologies including ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, TypeScript, ES6, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, and/or CSS3.
- Experience with mobile-first web design and native or cross-platform mobile development using Swift, Kotlin, Java, or React Native.
- Extensive experience building mobile applications, single-page web applications, and responsive websites.
- Experience defining, developing, and maintaining REST-based interfaces.
- Backend development experience with Java or a similar strongly typed object-oriented language, SQL, relational databases, and multithreading.
- Experience building large-scale, high-performance transactional systems and platforms.
- Experience with deployment tools and techniques including Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Buddy, Jenkins, and AWS services.
- Familiarity with ticketing and live events such as music festivals, conventions, and sporting events.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and version control software such as Git.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to document projects clearly.
- Willingness to learn new skills quickly and identify effective solutions.
