Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and continuously optimize enterprise AI agents.
- Build task planning, tool calling, and workflow orchestration capabilities using large language models.
- Integrate AI agents with ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, and order management systems to automate cross-system business processes.
- Develop and optimize enterprise system interfaces and agent tools.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to deploy AI agent solutions in real-world enterprise scenarios.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Java and Python.
- Experience developing large language model applications, including understanding of prompt engineering and function calling.
- Hands-on experience with agent development frameworks, particularly LangGraph and Agent Scope.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, microservices, and common enterprise system integration methods.
- Strong system design, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
