Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI to automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows.
- Provide application support by diagnosing and resolving incidents across critical business system components.
- Monitor and maintain applications to support reliability, performance, and operational continuity.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to application-support best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide timely updates on issue resolution.
- Participate independently as a subject matter expert and contribute solutions during team discussions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies and experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
