Base Salary

$204k - $255k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and manage end-to-end data workflows for the ML engineering lifecycle.
Prototype new ideas and influence the serving strategy.
Build and optimize real-time serving systems for model predictions.
Collaborate with product engineers to develop new host pricing functionalities.
Contribute to long-term workflow strategies and ML serving development.
Mentor and coach team members in ML serving and data engineering best practices.

9+ years of experience with a BS/Masters or 4+ years with a PhD.
Experience leading teams and setting technical direction.
Strong ownership and experience with high-scale, distributed systems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in teams.
Expertise in large-scale distributed data processing frameworks like Presto or Spark.
Prior experience with the lifecycle of productionalization of ML models.
Strong problem-solving skills and solid production debugging abilities.
