Base Salary
$154k - $239k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural discussions and design exercises for resilient AWS cloud solutions.
- Advise Financial Services Payment organizations on cloud best practices and workload migration strategies.
- Author and contribute to AWS customer-facing whitepapers, blogs, and proofs of concept.
- Partner with sales teams to formulate and execute strategies that exceed revenue objectives through AWS adoption.
- Build relationships with senior technical and business leaders to promote cloud advocacy.
- Mobilize AWS resources and partner networks to support enterprise customer outcomes.
- Capture and share best practices within the AWS Solutions Architect community.
- Travel regionally approximately 15–20%.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Preferred: 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Preferred: experience working with end-user or developer communities.
- Preferred: experience in relevant technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
