Responsibilities

Provide thought leadership around enabling and applying AI across the company.
Serve as a key strategic technical advisor to engineering and business leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in AI-assisted developer productivity.
Be a subject matter expert in developer tooling and operational excellence.
Mentor engineers to enhance technical capabilities across teams.
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and data-driven improvements.
Build strong relationships with coworkers and cross-organizational leaders.
Influence the adoption of AI-enabled developer tooling and best practices.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
15+ years of software development experience.
Significant experience applying Generative AI in software development within medium or large enterprises.
Expertise in public cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and containerization technologies.
Deep understanding of modern development practices and CI/CD.
Familiarity with agentic architectures including SDKs and context engineering.
Ability to create and execute business and product strategies with limited direction.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
