Responsibilities
- Manage customer engagements to ensure success through implementation and adoption of Fivetran.
- Deliver solution design following industry and Fivetran best practices.
- Collaborate with the Account team to drive product adoption.
- Act as a primary liaison between customers, Product, and Engineering.
- Provide support to adjacent organizations like Marketing and Customer Support.
- Contribute to internal initiatives to enhance stakeholder experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Proven ability to take ownership of customer projects.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and organized.
- Team player who values quality and collaboration.
- Comfortable in technical discussions and managing customer relationships.
