$178k - $197k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate business priorities and customer needs into shipped software features.
- Build clean, efficient, well-documented, resilient, and scalable SaaS applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across engineering initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor junior software engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and operational excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and advocate for appropriate adoption.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing highly scalable cloud-native applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, GraphQL, and NodeJS.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, event-driven architecture, API integration, and GraphQL.
- Experience building applications on either Azure or AWS using CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
- Experience using Grafana for observability and performance monitoring.
- Experience working across the frontend and backend to ship features end-to-end.
- Experience working with customers to improve product experiences.
- Experience building AI-driven user experiences, agents, and workflow automation; direct machine learning experience is not required.
- BA/BS in a computer science-related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and customer empathy skills.
