Base Salary
$225k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and ship product features end to end, from UI/UX decisions through backend implementation.
- Build AI-native experiences across email, calendar, contacts, workflows, suggestions, approvals, notifications, and team collaboration.
- Develop product surfaces across web, desktop, and mobile.
- Shape product direction and deliver polished, fast, and intuitive user experiences.
- Work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed.
Requirements
- Be a generalist comfortable moving between frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Have strong product judgment and the ability to consider the complete experience from interface to prompts to database schema.
- Have experience with LLM-powered products, agentic UX, or products where non-determinism is a first-class design constraint.
- Have shipped product at a high-growth startup during a period when the product was being defined.
- Demonstrate concrete examples of shipping and a trajectory focused on what has been built rather than tenure.
- Be comfortable working in person five days per week.
