Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation for financial services customers.
- Drive the technical evaluation process, including solution design and POC ownership.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to shape account strategies for customer acquisition.
- Build relationships with stakeholders at financial services organizations.
- Advise customers on modern software development and compliance practices.
- Serve as the voice of customers to internal teams for product and solution feedback.
- Maintain expertise in GitLab and related technologies, creating tailored technical collateral.
- Invest in personal growth and development through ongoing learning and mentorship.
Requirements
- Experience in technical pre-sales or consulting roles.
- Proficiency in the end-to-end software development lifecycle and DevSecOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab or similar CI/CD platforms.
- Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
- Ability to lead technical evaluations and design workshops.
- Strong technical communication and presentation skills.
- Skill in building trusted relationships and acting as a customer advocate.
