Responsibilities
- Develop web-based applications including consumer-facing payment pages, merchant-facing APIs, and internal support tools.
- Support clients as they integrate their systems with Global Payments services.
- Build and maintain payment solutions for card, fuel card, ecommerce, and stored-value use cases.
- Understand client needs and lead consultative, value-driven technical conversations.
- Work collaboratively with developers, project managers, and testers in the TRANSAXpay Development team.
Requirements
- Senior web development experience with strong skills in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, Spring Boot, JBoss, J2EE, JSP, and Servlets.
- Experience with Gradle or Maven, Oracle databases, DDL, SQL, Git, GitHub, Linux, and basic networking.
- Clear communication, client-focused thinking, problem-solving ability, proactive ownership, and interest in payments and fintech.
- Preferred experience includes C/C++, payment technologies such as APACS, IFSF, and Google Pay, Angular, AlpineJS, Bootstrap, TypeScript, TLS, PKI, Keyfactor, Sectigo, Apache configuration, Docker, Podman, Selenium, JUnit, XML, JSON, YAML, AWS, Azure, authentication, CI/CD pipelines, security scanning, Akamai, F5, Splunk, and related tools.
