Responsibilities
- Drive customer outcomes by translating business needs into actionable technical approaches.
- Build and deliver production-grade solutions in customer environments with end-to-end ownership.
- Deliver iterative, high-impact solutions in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
- Influence senior stakeholders, align priorities, and guide technical and business decisions.
- Tailor solutions to industry and customer context.
- Prepare and transition work to FDE crews with clear scope and technical direction.
- Navigate complex account dynamics while driving urgency, accountability, and sustained impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Coding experience in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience partnering directly with customers or internal stakeholders to deliver solutions end-to-end.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of technical engineering experience, or a master’s degree and 8+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: hands-on AI solution delivery experience, including building and deploying LLM-based systems, ensuring model quality and performance, and using modern cloud AI platforms.
- Comfort with travel up to 25%.
