Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable AI and agentic systems for customer engagement and dispute and fraud servicing.
- Build intelligent workflows using context, enterprise data, and tools to support servicing decisions.
- Deliver production-ready LLM applications, RAG systems, and personalization features with accuracy, reliability, and auditability.
- Use LLMs, GenAI, and applied machine learning to build and operate large-scale AI solutions.
- Automate AI-based monitoring, quality checks, governance, and analytics to improve operations.
- Build and support shared AI platforms, including agent orchestration, evaluation systems, and model deployment pipelines.
- Own end-to-end delivery from problem definition and prototyping through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to turn complex problems into effective AI solutions.
- Ensure AI systems meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, explainability, and responsible AI.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or applied AI, including production-system development.
- Experience with agentic AI orchestration, tools, memory or state management, and evaluation.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, and the full LLM lifecycle, including prompting, fine-tuning, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Strong Python skills and experience building backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, or applied machine learning in real-world products.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery, Composer (Airflow), and DataProc.
- Experience designing and deploying scalable cloud-native solutions using modern engineering practices.
- Understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and large-scale data processing.
- Preferred experience includes case management platforms, customer data systems, regulated financial-services environments, AI governance, model risk management, responsible AI, distributed data technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, and contributions to AI/ML or developer-tool research, patents, or open-source projects.
- An advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related technical field is preferred.
