Responsibilities
- Define, design, and govern scalable ServiceNow solution architectures.
- Lead solution design, development support, testing strategies, proofs of concept, and migration planning.
- Design distributed, on-premises, and cloud-based services and applications integrating across multiple technologies.
- Lead implementation of architectural designs while managing risks, governance, expectations, and best-practice adherence.
- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements, develop solution plans, and provide effort estimates.
- Define and maintain reference architectures, domain models, and design patterns.
- Partner with customers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams on technical solutions, governance, compliance, and architectural alignment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and delivery teams.
- Support digital transformation and technology and application rationalization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8–10+ years of overall IT experience focused on application hosting, solution architecture, and design.
- At least five years of ServiceNow SME experience, including solution design and platform architecture.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes, metrics, and KPIs.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript/AJAX.
- Experience designing and supporting ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, SFTP, and MID Server.
- Knowledge of LDAP, SSO, SSL, and related security and infrastructure technologies.
- Strong customer-facing consulting, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Required or preferred certifications include ITIL Foundations, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery Implementation Specialist, CMDB, ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, CAD, VR, SO, IRM, and GRC.
