Responsibilities
- Solve performance, scalability, and large-scale data-processing challenges.
- Refactor reporting code to reduce code size and runtime while preserving results.
- Manage technical debt while delivering new business features.
- Develop using C#, SQL, and occasionally JavaScript or Ruby in a mixed Windows and Linux environment.
- Contribute to architecture, clean code, systems design, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in the Kanban/DevOps development process, weekly scrums, and potentially PagerDuty on-call support.
- Use GitHub for source control and Jira for project management.
Requirements
- Experienced C# development skills.
- Ability to code in C# and SQL, with occasional Ruby development.
- Comfort reading and modifying JavaScript and React is a preferred qualification.
- Interest in working with large-scale data and digital intelligence products.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of technical problems.
