Base Salary
$281k - $356k/yr
Responsibilities
- Grow the end-to-end strategy for machine learning-based evaluation metrics.
- Architect and build scalable systems for training large-scale generative models.
- Lead the design and implementation of novel reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Develop cutting-edge deep learning models and generative AI solutions.
- Monitor best practices in the industry to enhance evaluation systems.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other engineers.
- Align multiple teams on a cohesive evaluation strategy.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in developing machine learning models.
- Expertise in deep learning, sequence modeling, and generative models.
- Strong publication record or impactful project delivery in RL or related areas.
- Proficiency in Python and standard ML frameworks like JAX or TensorFlow.
- Experience with large-scale distributed training and data processing.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects from conception to completion.
