Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications for marketing use cases including content generation, knowledge retrieval, campaign optimization, and business insights.
- Build intelligent solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt orchestration, AI evaluation frameworks, and governance controls.
- Integrate AI capabilities with marketing platforms, CRM systems, web applications, and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, software developers, and marketing teams to deliver scalable business solutions.
- Apply software engineering practices including automated testing, version control, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Support application modernization and rationalization by consolidating capabilities into reusable AI services.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration designs.
- Ensure solutions follow data privacy, security, compliance, and AI governance standards.
- Explore emerging AI technologies and contribute ideas, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or another related STEM discipline.
- Demonstrated passion for technology, AI, and continuous learning.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, creative thinking, and willingness to challenge conventional approaches.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, teamwork, and initiative skills.
- Interest in software development, cloud technologies, and emerging digital solutions.
- Exposure to or interest in generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, prompt engineering, Salesforce or CRM platforms, web technologies, content management systems, Azure, AWS, containers, data analytics, business intelligence, AI safety, governance, and responsible AI practices.
