Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on functional and technical requirements.
- Design and develop plug-ins, custom business logic, workflows, and CRM components.
- Build business process automation using Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.
- Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and external or enterprise systems.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and migration activities.
- Troubleshoot CRM customization, integration, and automation issues.
- Follow development standards and best practices for solution quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical leads, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation and support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customization and development.
- Experience developing plug-ins, workflows, and custom CRM components.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.
- Proven experience with CRM integrations and data migration.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 APIs, data models, security, and solution management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
