Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, test, deploy, and support AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation platforms for HR.
- Develop conversational agents, integrations, workflow automation, and other capabilities for the AI Front Door platform.
- Prepare and transform data for AI applications.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems.
- Support deployment, monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, product owners, HR stakeholders, and technology teams.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of total experience.
- Experience with Copilot Studios, low-code AI solutions, MCP Server Development, AI guardrails, Entra ID management, and generative AI.
- Ability to contribute across the AI solution lifecycle under the guidance of more experienced engineers.
