Responsibilities
- Architect and develop the next generation book and records system.
- Provide technical structure to teams and collaborate with management on strategic roadmaps.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables using technical expertise.
- Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to create a tangible roadmap.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience building fault-tolerant, highly reliable systems at scale.
- Proven ability to architect and develop solutions to ambiguous problems.
- Experience with ledgering or trading systems at scale.
- Passion for building an open financial system.
