Base Salary
$120k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with customer teams, understand their workflows, and identify high-leverage problems.
- Build and ship full-stack solutions using React, Django, and PostgreSQL directly in customer environments.
- Own the full lifecycle from discovery and system design through data modeling, infrastructure, frontend development, deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- Design systems capable of handling increased usage and convert successful one-off solutions into platform capabilities.
- Build observable and resilient systems on AWS and GCP while owning uptime and incident response.
- Prototype with real users, measure impact, and inform the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills in system design, performance, and architecture.
- Full-stack experience spanning frontend, infrastructure, deployment, and operations.
- Product judgment and the ability to define ambiguous problems and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ability to work directly with customers, manage parallel priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Experience scaling systems or the ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to build high-quality software that customers depend on.
