Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, support, and maintain automated security management solutions for identity management, vulnerability management, application security, incident response, technology governance, and threat intelligence.
- Lead integrations between security technologies and business software across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure.
- Build and review security utilities, playbooks, and internal tools for enterprise security monitoring and coverage.
- Respond to, resolve, escalate, and report security incidents, exposures, misuse, and noncompliance situations; actively conduct threat hunting.
- Design, implement, and maintain Workday security architecture, including security groups, domain security policies, business process security, role-based access controls, and segregation of duties controls.
- Engineer Workday integrations with IAM and enterprise identity platforms for provisioning, deprovisioning, SSO, compliance reporting, access certification, and audit readiness.
- Mentor technology, project, business, and IT colleagues on security concepts and awareness.
- Evaluate machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data analytics services for security-related decisions and triggers.
Requirements
- Highly knowledgeable security engineering experience spanning secure solutions, security operations, identity, applications, third-party relationships, and enterprise systems.
- Experience with security automation, security controls, vulnerability management, application security, incident response, threat intelligence, monitoring, and threat hunting.
- Experience leading security integrations across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Experience with Workday Security administration and architecture, including security groups, domain security policies, business process security, role-based access controls, and segregation of duties controls.
- Experience designing and supporting Workday integrations with IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO, and provisioning platforms.
- Experience implementing SAML, OAuth, and related authentication and authorization technologies in Workday environments.
- Experience supporting Workday security audits, compliance, governance, and identity lifecycle management requirements.
- Knowledge of secure SDLC practices, secure coding principles, application security scanning and testing, MAR, FINRA, NIST, and Hi-Trust best practices.
- Ability to mentor other team members and collaborate with technology, project, business, and IT teams.
