Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and lead initiatives for the SRE team's strategic direction.
- Provide architectural guidance for reliable and scalable data infrastructure.
- Establish and refine incident response protocols for critical data platform issues.
- Optimize performance and resource utilization of the data platform.
- Champion the development of advanced automation solutions using AI.
- Design and implement monitoring and anomaly detection mechanisms.
- Mentor junior SREs and lead technical initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in site reliability engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data infrastructure and architecture principles.
- Experience with incident management and resolution processes.
- Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks, especially AI-related.
- Ability to mentor and lead technical teams effectively.
