Responsibilities
- Provide code-level enhancements, production support, and technical support to enterprise clients.
- Troubleshoot application and software issues and determine their root causes.
- Maintain service levels defined by the organization and meet client SLAs.
- Collaborate with client operations, engineering, support, product development, and DevOps teams.
- Help develop highly scalable products and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
- Provide rotational weekend support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of development experience with scalable and distributed enterprise applications.
- Experience developing web applications using Java/J2EE, JPA, Spring, and RESTful web services.
- Excellent Java coding skills.
- Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- Preferred experience with HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, AngularJS, and D3.js.
- Ability to drive large-scale projects with a strong understanding of Agile SDLC, collaboration, and leadership.
- Strong written and oral communication, judgment, decision-making, and deadline-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
