Responsibilities
- Develop digital solutions supporting customer service and advisory processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
- Participate in requirements analysis, software development, testing, and deployments.
- Learn about integrations, data, security, compliance, and AI-assisted development in a financial-services environment.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, business stakeholders, and other technology professionals.
Requirements
- Be a final-year student or recent graduate with an interest in software development, digital business solutions, and modern cloud technologies.
- Have a background in information technology, business information systems, software engineering, or another relevant field.
- Demonstrate curiosity, proactivity, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for developing technical and business skills.
- Programming, software development project, cloud technology, or AI-assisted development experience from studies, work, or personal projects may be beneficial but is not required.
- Previous Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform experience is not required.
