Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full-stack applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, and TypeScript.
- Build reliable systems that integrate large language models and AI agents into products, including RAG, embeddings, vector databases, memory systems, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Develop and optimize relational and NoSQL database solutions.
- Build responsive user interfaces and implement RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient code and participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and TDD practices.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, product teams, and UX/UI designers.
- Mentor junior developers and take ownership of projects and system architecture.
- Use AI-driven development tools, intelligent code assistance, and workflow automation to improve product and engineering efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of software development experience.
- Hands-on experience building production-grade AI agents with LLMs, including RAG, model tuning, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with GPTs, Llama, or other LLMs and frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET 8+, Web API, Entity Framework Core, React.js, TypeScript, and Redux.
- Experience with Next.js, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
- Experience with unit and integration testing, including xUnit and Jest.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working for product-based companies and contributing to product development, enhancement, and scaling.
- Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSocket, SignalR, microservices, Blazor, Angular, Terraform, Bicep, RabbitMQ, SQS, AWS, Azure, or on-premises data centers is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, independence, and ownership skills.
