Responsibilities
- Drive the technical delivery of end-to-end HRIS implementations and evolutions across cloud and on-premises solutions.
- Configure and manage infrastructure provided by cloud vendors.
- Design user-friendly front-end customizations and add-ons that integrate with core HCM products.
- Develop functionality with attention to performance requirements.
- Build and use ETL tools for data migration and configure integrations and interfaces.
- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and define future roadmaps.
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in SQL and relational databases, with hands-on ERP experience such as Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, or SAP.
- Strong development skills using one or more languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, middleware, ETL, or data migration tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, customer advisory, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English and either Dutch or French, with willingness to learn the other language.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud or a comparable integration platform is an asset.
