Responsibilities

  • Write product or system development code.
  • Review code from other developers and provide feedback on style, accuracy, testability, efficiency, and best practices.
  • Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
  • Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, network, service operations, and quality.
  • Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select among available technologies.
  • Optimize existing systems, build infrastructure, automate operational work, and monitor system capacity and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
