Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate solution architecture and delivery activities for divestment, TSA, and merger programmes.
- Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements and design, implement, and govern integrated SAP solutions.
- Manage stakeholders and liaise with implementation, solution, and functional workstreams on process and technical integration.
- Drive resolution of major process and technical issues and maintain the long-term integrity of the overall solution.
- Estimate potential solutions and work with Financial Management to develop formal costs.
- Support full-lifecycle implementations, including assessments, blueprinting, system build, testing, cutover, go-live stabilization, and post-go-live support.
- Prepare and facilitate client workshops, presentations, future-state system design sessions, and business process discussions.
- Support pre-sales activities, SAP engagement, client relationship building, and internal SME network development.
Requirements
- Prior SAP implementation experience with verifiable project references.
- Experience as a Lead Solution Architect on multiple full-lifecycle implementations covering blueprint, configuration, training, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Relevant SAP S/4 experience; experience limited to ECC is not sufficient.
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or applicable work experience would be advantageous.
- Mining industry experience is preferred.
- Experience with newer SAP capabilities such as AI, BDC, or Joule is relevant.
