Responsibilities
- Participate in full lifecycle software development by coding or configuring functionality, testing, debugging, and resolving application issues.
- Design and develop OpenText Exstream applications, including data mappings, document pages, interactive components, tables, charts, business rules, barcodes, placeholders, and triggering logic.
- Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, code and design reviews, and other team quality procedures.
- Package, test, deploy, maintain, and monitor new functionality and fixes across internal and production applications.
- Assist with release, configuration, build, and ticket management activities.
- Provide technical support to client-facing teams and resolve application problems in accordance with service-level agreements and industry standards.
- Support version upgrades of existing OpenText Dialogue applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a technically related field, or equivalent experience.
- One to three years of IT industry experience is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments; knowledge of SAFe is a plus.
- Experience creating Exstream variables, mapping datasets and data files, configuring data types and output formats, and using copybooks or layout data properties.
- Experience designing Exstream documents, interactive components, advanced tables and charts, outputs, business rules, functions, barcodes, placeholders, and complex triggering logic.
- Ability to work in Unix/Linux environments and knowledge of Linux, UNIX, or Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of C#, .NET, Python, KSH scripting, or other high-level or scripting languages.
- Knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle or SQL Server.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
