Responsibilities
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor system behavior, analyze logs and metrics, and identify the root causes of incidents.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex software issues in production environments.
- Support RESTful APIs and third-party service integrations.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical and operational decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution and provide solutions for immediate and broader teams.
- Mentor junior team members and improve their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for support processes and system stability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Node.js.
- Proficiency in Node.js, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues in production environments.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party service integrations.
- Understanding of version control systems and deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to identify incident root causes.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
