Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain new features for enterprise investment-operations products.
- Own feature delivery with attention to quality, scalability, and performance.
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end, API, and integration test automation.
- Perform manual exploratory testing and define feature- or module-level test strategies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and teammates during analysis, refinement, and development.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
- Mentor and support less experienced engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Improve automation, CI/CD pipelines, and development tools.
- Apply engineering practices including clean code, TDD, and XP practices.
- Participate in sprint reviews, demos, and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience with C# and .NET or .NET Framework.
- Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise applications in .NET/C#.
- Expertise with automation frameworks and CI/CD, including Git, TeamCity, and Azure DevOps.
- Solid understanding of manual testing techniques and QA best practices.
- Comprehensive understanding of cloud and on-premises infrastructures.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and building or managing pipelines.
- Willingness to learn APL and develop or debug existing functionality.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns, with experience in Domain-Driven Design.
- Familiarity with XP practices such as TDD, pair programming, and continuous integration.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Proficient written and spoken English at upper-intermediate level or higher.
- Ability to mentor, guide, and inspire other developers.
- Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms is preferred.
- Background in FinTech, capital markets, financial domains, or derivatives is beneficial.
