Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain new features for enterprise investment-operations products.
  • Own feature delivery with attention to quality, scalability, and performance.
  • Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end, API, and integration test automation.
  • Perform manual exploratory testing and define feature- or module-level test strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and teammates during analysis, refinement, and development.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
  • Mentor and support less experienced engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
  • Improve automation, CI/CD pipelines, and development tools.
  • Apply engineering practices including clean code, TDD, and XP practices.
  • Participate in sprint reviews, demos, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience with C# and .NET or .NET Framework.
  • Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise applications in .NET/C#.
  • Expertise with automation frameworks and CI/CD, including Git, TeamCity, and Azure DevOps.
  • Solid understanding of manual testing techniques and QA best practices.
  • Comprehensive understanding of cloud and on-premises infrastructures.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and building or managing pipelines.
  • Willingness to learn APL and develop or debug existing functionality.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns, with experience in Domain-Driven Design.
  • Familiarity with XP practices such as TDD, pair programming, and continuous integration.
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL.
  • Proficient written and spoken English at upper-intermediate level or higher.
  • Ability to mentor, guide, and inspire other developers.
  • Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms is preferred.
  • Background in FinTech, capital markets, financial domains, or derivatives is beneficial.
