Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop ETL pipelines using Oracle Integration Cloud, Informatica, Talend, or equivalent tools.
- Create transformation rules that map legacy HR data to Oracle Fusion HCM reference data, value sets, and lookups.
- Build data cleansing, validation, batch-processing, error-handling, retry, and reconciliation processes for large-volume migrations.
- Develop data-quality dashboards and reusable, parameterized transformation templates for repeatable agency migration cycles.
- Partner with PeopleSoft and EBS legacy export teams to define extraction formats and interface specifications.
- Support mock migrations and final cutover loads while resolving data-quality findings.
- Document ETL designs, transformation rules, data flows, and runbooks, and communicate progress and technical issues to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
- At least five years of enterprise ETL, middleware development, or data integration experience.
- At least three years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, Informatica PowerCenter/Cloud, Talend, or similar platforms.
- Strong SQL proficiency, including complex transformations, validation queries, and reconciliation logic.
- Experience processing 100,000 or more records in batch workloads and optimizing performance.
- Knowledge of data profiling, cleansing, standardization, validation, and data-quality management.
- Experience with CSV, XML, JSON, and enterprise loading specifications.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance; US citizenship is required.
- Preferred qualifications include six or more years of ETL or middleware experience in HCM or ERP migrations, Oracle Integration Cloud or Informatica/Talend certifications, Oracle Fusion HDL/HSDL experience, federal HR data standards knowledge, Oracle Fusion HCM business-object and REST API knowledge, and dashboard development experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud or Power BI.
