Responsibilities

Develop new applications and maintain existing application source code.
Build complex application solutions in a Scrum team for Deutsche Telekom customers.
Analyze customer requirements and propose application and framework designs, including interfaces and relational database structures.
Implement customer requirements in object-oriented programming languages to deliver functional, user-friendly applications.
Estimate development, testing, and bug-fixing effort and report timelines for customer budget planning.
Test programmed functionality before deployment and ensure code quality.
Implement application security concepts according to PSA policy and Deutsche Telekom standards.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and participate in internal evaluation processes.
Provide technology-focused product responsibility and negotiate technology-stack decisions with Product Owners and Project Managers.
Consult with internal and external customers, project managers, and users about application needs.

Experience with React and Angular.
Experience in application programming with object-oriented programming languages.
Advanced programming, hardware/software overview, and general IT knowledge.
Experience with agile software development, such as Scrum.
Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Quarkus.
Testing tools or frameworks, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, cloud technologies, databases, and Grafana are advantageous.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.
English proficiency of at least B2 level; German is advantageous.
